Its almost 25 years now since I first started doing Personal Training. I have all the skills and experience to help you overcome your challenges and beliefs, and to help you get to where you want to be. Paul :)
Train in an environment of like minded Women, to help and support you achieve your desired outcomes. These classes will help you tone up, lose weight, reduce stress levels, enjoyment, friendships, and overall general well being.
The weight training classes will help build up your fitness and strength, while contributing towards a reduction in body fat. In case you cant attend any of my sessions yet, I have quite a number of home workouts you can follow, in the meantime to help you.
