What beliefs do you hold about yourself?

I’m not good enough, I’m not fit enough, I’m not in his/ her league, I’m useless, I’ll never be able to do that etc etc

We all have them, and mostly we focus on the negative ones rather than the positive ones

So what beliefs do you have about yourself? Have a think

Are they actually helping you move forward?
