Last nights boxercise class


Did you attend last nights class? If so, what did you think of it?
If you didn’t, check out the video and see how we got warmed up before the main Boxing combinations. 
This is a great drill to help get prepared for the pad work, and it also helps you to meet other people in the class.

Are you interested in losing a further 6lbs before Christmas? Next week, I am prepared to offer 2 people a chance to join the current weight training program, and then give them the further option of joining for 6 weeks, taking you right up until Christmas. If you stick with the program, 1 of 2 things will definitely happen. You will lose either further weight, or you will lose a couple of inches, guaranteed. 
You can also speak to the other women on the program, and find out what they have achieved since being on it. Please let me know asap if you are interested in doing this
