These classes are designed to help Women feel more confident again in a particular area. We follow my 'Boxing fundamentals' program, where we mainly use Focus pads. I will teach you all the basics, and once a foundation is in place, I will teach you more exciting stuff, which will contribute towards weight loss, fitness and fun.
