5 ways on how to avoid an unhealthy Halloween

Guys, it’s Halloween ( classes on tonight as usual )
And while I want you to have a great time, watching your health this Halloween doesn’t have to be scary.
Here are 5 easy things to keep in mind for you and your family to stay happy and healthy this Halloween
1. Eat before you trick or treat

If your children are going out trick or treating, my advice would be to get them to have their evening meal before they go out. Therefore, they will be less inclined to take in more sugary snacks. Also, if your all going out, try and walk between house visits, rather than use the car ( which can happen )

Kids can rock up about 10,000 calories in sugar, on trick or treat night, which can be a weeks worth, so really keep an eye on what they are getting and eating
2. Trick or drink

Some parents will have a alcoholic drink tonight, which is cool, if you’ve got people coming around etc. If you are currently watching your calories, and you want to have an alcoholic drink tonight, try and use a taller, thinner glass, therefore, you think your taking in more, when your not
3. Don’t deprive yourself

Some people may not eat today, as they know they are going to be eating sweet food later on. Problem with this. Is that you are depriving yourself, and that can lead to you overdoing it, later on
4. Out of sight, out of your mouth

If you are at a party tonight, position yourself as far away from the food table as possible
5. Forgive yourself

Everybody loves sweets and sugary or savoury snacks, so if you do have anything, enjoy it. Don’t stress over it
Is it really possible to drop a dress size and get your confidence back, just in time for Christmas?

Let me show you how. On Friday night 7pm, I am doing another live training event ( as some women couldn’t get into the last one ) . Places are now limited for this one. To reserve your seat, click on the link below:
