6 week challenge. 6lbs weight loss in 6 weeks

If you still haven’t started training with

me, then I have a challenge for you
Would you like to lose 6lbs in 6 weeks, just in time for Christmas? 
Here’s the deal:
1. Aim to attend all my Boxercise sessions ( or as many as you can ) 

2. Attend 1-2 weight training sessions a week ( Monday 8-9pm, Thursday 6-7pm, Thursday 8-9pm and Saturday 8.30-9.30am ) 

3. Follow the diet plan that I give out to everyone in class ( it works ) 

4. 2 coaching sessions, to help you nail down, what you need to do, in order to help you achieve your goal. 

5. Be held accountable with someone in the class, to make sure you are doing everything that’s needed. 
What I’m looking for:

I am looking for someone who is absolutely committed towards achieving this goal, and who will absolutely follow through with their actions. 

The cost of the course will be £150, which will include all Boxercise sessions and 1 weight training session a week. If you wish to do 2 weights sessions a week, this will be £250 ( which will help a change in body shape ) . The course is 6 weeks and will finish just in time for Christmas. 
I only have 4 places available for this course. Payment has to be made before Saturday 12th Novemeber
