90 day action plan 

This year, or at the beginning of this year, I have tried to help my clients put together a 90 day action plan, that hopefully would help them set some goals and achieve them. Now that we are in the second half of the year I was hoping to be able to put a seminar on, regarding setting goals, but with me being so busy of late and the break in, it’s really put me back, so I don’t think I’m going to be able to do anything over the next few of weeks.
However, personally I will be doing my own 90 day action plan, hopefully starting this week. Here’s some bullet points I’ve written, if you want to use it:
1. What’s the target? ( weight loss etc )

2. Why do you give a fuck?

3. What’s the 30 day benchmark?

4. What’s the 60 day benchmark?

5. What has to be done?

6. What’s the biggest obstacle in the way?
You can also use this for money or anything else.
There will always be plodders and dithers, but the ones who get the most out of anything are the ones who have a plan and a clear vision of what they want.
Weight loss, inch loss, more money, better job, dating again, socialising again. Get clear on what you want and why you want it.
