With Christmas less than a week away, a lot of people are already beginning to chill out, and eat some things, that maybe they don’t normally eat, like selection boxes, cheese and crackers, biscuits, chocolate etc 

Because its Christmas, were more prone to have these things, as they tend to be lying around, either in our own homes, or places we visit. 

This is all cool, and I’m certainly not sending you this, to remind you of clean eating etc, as I’ll be eating some crap too, over the next week or two, haha

However….

If all of a sudden we start eating more processed foods or bad sugars etc, we may be spending some time feeling ill, bloated and generally sick

It can also effect kids too
Kids can also be effected by a sudden increase in bad sugars – irritability, bowel movements, sleep patterns, mood/ concentration etc, can all change 

Everything in moderation
So, with yourselves, and children, please be a bit vigilant. Have some treats, but remember to also take in some fruit and veg and proteins, which will help keep your energy levels up and your immune system 

January 2017
Are you thinking of joining my ‘women only’ boxercise and weight training program in in January? If so, then please contact me asap. The first class of 2017 is on Tuesday 3rd Jan, 6.15pm at Topaz dance studio. Due to the amount of people who want to book onto the program, it is now £10 to do the first week of classes. The first week of next year is now almost fully booked up

Class on tonight and Wednesday 
The boxercise session, and weight training session, is on tonight and the Boxercise session on Wednesday, 6.15pm ( if you are already a member of my classes )
