Set a goal to attend so many sessions within a month

Then, keep a record of the sessions you have been to

I actually do this myself with my martial arts classes

By keeping a record, it can really contribute towards better class attendance

And if your attending regularly

You’ll start feeling the full benefits of the program again

Which will keep you motivated
