Boxercise this month

Hope you’re having a nice weekend so far? 
Here’s one of the Boxercise combinations we’ll be working on in class this month, combination No5. 
The backbone of the class, is doing Boxing combinations. 
The Boxing combinations will constantly challenge you, which in turn, will help you tone up, burn calories and lose weight or fat ( if that’s what you want ). 
Please check it out, as we will be going back to this combination every now and again 
I have been going to Paul Coshotts boxersize classes for a few years now. I absolutely love it. It’s fantastic for fitness. Paul motivates you to get the best from yourself. He helps with techniques to prevent injury, and improve fitness and stamina. There are several classes through the week to choose from, so that it fits around family life too.
