Classes over Easter

cant believe we’re approaching Easter already,

however, personally, I’m looking forward to having a bit of a break over the next few days

I’ve already started planning for the second quarter of the year ( yep, a quarter of the year gone )

anyway, before I start getting frustrated about the things that haven’t happened so far this year

this is just a quick note, to let you know about the classes over Easter

Saturday 31st: Class on as normal at Liverpool Cricket Club, Aigburth road, 10am

Monday 2nd April: No classes on

Tuesday 3rd April: Class on at Proflex gym, on the punch bags, starting at 6.15pm

Wednesday 4th April: Classes got back to normal

Monday 9th April: New 12 weight training program starts. This will actually be split up into 3, 4 week blocks, meaning that the programs and diet, will change during each period ( further details to follow soon )
