Combining pad work with shuttle runs and stomach work


 The Boxercise classes were great over the summer holidays. Usually, there is a drop in attendance over the summer, but thankfully, the classes stayed strong over the period which is a result of the huge interest lately in the classes. I have combined circuit training with pad work a lot more recently in the sessions, which people have enjoyed and will contribute again towards your development of muscle tone. 
Throughout the week, I work with different coaches from Ju Jitsu, Kung Fu and Boxing, which helps me learn and practice new things for the classes. At last weeks class, using the pads, I combined combination work, shuttle runs and stomach work. in which I got great feedback and people enjoyed the session.
