Confidence: what women want

Did you know that Confidence is the No1 thing Women want, above weight loss and toning up?

I know this, because almost 200 women this year have applied to join one of my programs. That’s almost 1 a day

When your teaching someone a skill, it helps them to become more confident, while breaking down negative

beliefs they may have about themselves.

Add something else into this, that helps an individual lose weight and get fitter, then you have the perfect formula for someone’s physical and mental wellbeing

Which is why about 8 years ago now, I decided to go back to teaching Boxing classes for Women.

After years of trying different things, reading books, attending courses, workshops, etc, I decided to go back to basics, and start teaching Boxercise classes again ( my classes have massively evolved since then )

Boxing training can give you everything you need, plus, it doesn’t really cost much these days, buying a pair of pads and gloves
