Do you avoid social events?

Do you ever avoid social events?

One of the main reasons why women avoid social events, is that they don’t feel good about themselves. They feel overweight, out of breath and worried about what other people think of them

Thinking about doing exercise and having a healthier diet, can be pretty easy. However…..

This will only last so long, before you go back to your old ways

Would you like to start socialising again? Or maybe not get out of breath when you do attend these events?

On Wednesday, I am doing a Free coaching seminar, which will be held at St Mary’s Church Hall, St Mary’s road, Garston L19 0NE. The session will start approx 7.40pm, after the Boxercise session

Firstly, I will be helping you create a plan of action, which is going to help you execute your goals over the next few months. You will will also partner up with someone, so you are accountable

Over the next few weeks, we will have more meetings, were I will go over nutrition, training methods and helping you to get the right mindset, in order to achieve your goals

All you need to bring with you is a pen and paper

This is probably the only opportunity we will get, were I can sit down with you, and help you with other aspects apart from my classes.

The people who get the most out of my programs, are the ones who put plans in place, and let me know what they have and haven’t been doing

Hope to see you then

Paul ‘public speaker’ Coshott

PS – If your happy avoiding social events, then that’s cool. I get it

I’ve felt like that at times in the past

Worried about what other people would think of me

and I’d be happy to stay in my own comfort zone

thing is, nothing happens here, which is why I did something about it

and I can help you do something about it too, if you turn up
