Do you use Berocca?

The other morning, when I was watching the ‘wright stuff’, on tv, they had a discussion about berocca
Do you use Berocca?
I only really come across it a couple of years ago. Otherwise, I’ve never paid much attention to it
If you don’t know what it is, its a soluble tablet that contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Maybe about £2.50- £3.00 a tube now ( which is probably that main reason why I’ve not paid attention to it )
The discussion on the wright stuff, was that apparently, it contains too much salt
I do take a soluble Vitamin C tablet most mornings, but to be honest, I don’t think there’s much value in these things, so, if I had a closer look at them, I wouldn’t be surprised if they include other things
We all need Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant. If you are training, it will help with your recovery and stop inflammation, while boosting your immune system. Also, if you have a high dosage of Vitamin C, it will help get rid of any excess fluid in the body ( which can contribute towards weight loss )
Sources of Vitamin C

Good sources of Vitamin C are as follows: Kale, Broccoli, Berries, Citrus Fruits, Peppers etc
Using Supplements

Remember guys, using supplements will only contribute towards what we are already doing. We still need to get Proteins and Carbs etc through food. We can’t rely on supplements to help achieve our daily calorie needs
My suggestion

In relation to Vitamin C, Berocca or any other multivitamin supplement , my suggestion would be to have one Vitamin C tablet, or soluble tablet, once a day, from a reputable company. I really wouldn’t use Berocca, and would only really focus on trying to have about 1000mg of vitamin c a day
If you do use Berocca, then the next time you have a tablet, check whats in it
Hope this helps
