There’s only 6 weeks now till Christmas ( crazy hey )

If your stressing about your going to fit into you’re little black dress again, just in time for the party period, here’s some quick fire tips on how you can rapidly drop body fat over the next few weeks

1. Begin a diet period with reduced carb and high veg phase

For the first 2 weeks, eliminate all carbs except veg. This will allow you to shed excess water from the body by reducing muscle glycogen stores, which are partly water. Your body will also use some fat for energy

2. Eat Protein, Veg and Fat at every meal

For speedy simple fat loss, you need to construct your meals around completes animal protein, 2-3 cups of low carb vega and beneficial fats. Also, try and eat regularly

3. Eat a complete High Quality Protein at Every meal

Complete proteins are meat, fish, and eggs, which all contain the highest array of amino acids. You need to be having about 1 gram of protein per kilogram of bodyweight

4. Eat Low Carb veg at every meal

Low carb vegetables such as leafy greens are going to be your main carb source because this will allow you to restrict your carb intake to less than 50 grams a day. The body will no longer be relying on glucose for its fuel source and will need to burn fat instead

5. Eat beneficial fat at every meal

Good fats can help breakdown bad fats. Fats can also provide flavour and texture to meals. If you are reducing your carbs, then you must increase your protein and fat intake ( as cutting calories doesn’t work )

6, Make sure you’re eating adequate calories

People feel ill or lack energy on low carb diets if they don’t consume enough calories Also, metabolism will massively slow down and your body will start breaking down muscle for energy  ( we definitely don’t want that )

7. Stay Active

Obviously, a combination or weight training and boxing, will massively help you shed unwanted body fat
