Before training with me, Sarah had fallen into a bit of a rut for about a month

After applying for a Free Week trial ( something I used to do ), and then completing it, Sarah signed up to a 12 week course

Sarah now trains with me, 5 times a week, doing 2 weight training sessions and 3 Boxing classes,  and she loves the sessions and the results she’s achieved
