At last weeks Boxercise classes, I went back the old Skool, and taught the classes just like I used to teach them, 20 years ago:
Circuit – Pad Work – Circuit
This really is the winning formula when it comes to fatloss and getting the most out of the sessions.
The theory behind it, is that you do the circuit first, when you are full of energy. Then you go onto the pads. Because you are working with someone, your partner should be coaching you, to help keep the effort level high. If they tell you to do something, you will do it. Then to finish off, we do the the circuit again, just 40 secs to 1 min on each station. This formula really does do everything
