Feeling bloated after Easter 

Hope you had a great Easter 
Yesterday morning, I accidentally woke up early. About 4,30am to be exact, feeling bloated 
I instantly knew what it was. Over the weekend, I over did it, having too much Chocolate, cake and other things I don’t normally eat 
Do you ever feel like this, bloated and lethargic? 
I went the gym about mid morning, on an empty stomach, so my body would break down the excess calories I’d had over the previous 24hours, and use for energy. My stomach was fine after this 
The only other time I have chocolate, is of a Saturday night, if I stay in, otherwise, I hardly ever have it. 
I do like chocolate, as well as some processed foods, but too much of either, can give me a bad stomach 
Why you feel bloated 

Firstly, anything that you take in, that’s artificial ( processed foods, frozen foods, artificial sugars etc ) and your body doesn’t recognise it, can lead to bloating ( your body struggles breaking it down ). This can also include fizzy drinks. If you continue eating these foods on a regular basis, then they will contribute towards weight gain 
What to do

If you do suffer from constant bloating, then firstly, take your diet back to basics. Cut out diary, artificial sugars, red meat, bread, caffeine, alcohol, sugary drinks, wheat etc 
If symptoms persist for a period, then please get this checked out with your GP, otherwise, your diet is your first port of call
