FREE 90 Day Action Plan

Sorry about the cock up yesterday with my email. Think I accidentally deleted it. Anyhoo, 
This weekend marks the THIRD of the year in, ALREADY ( sorry to stress you about time, haha ) 
What I focus on, is helping sedentary women, turn their lives around, by helping them become more confident and fitter again, through my training programs 
If you are serious about doing this, then you one of the things you need to have is a plan 
Years ago, when I attended a seminar, one of the things the speaker said was, “Failing to plan, is planning to fail”. From that point, I wrote down all the things I wanted to achieve, and how I was going to achieve them 
I’ve continued to do this ever since. The last quarter of last year, I was only about £1500 away from my financial goal 
FREE SEMINAR, Next Wednesday 3rd May ( after Boxercise class ) 

So, next Wednesday, after the Boxercise session, I will be doing a Coaching session, to help you put together a 90 day action plan. Some of the things I’m going to cover are: 
1. FAMILY TIME: Do you spend any time with any members of your family. Do you have a date night or anything and if so, how often. Do you ever cook for your partner 
2. MONEY/ FINANCIAL GOALS: Do you need any money for anything, and if so, how much 
3. FITNESS/ WEIGHT LOSS: Where do you want to be in 90 days, in relation to this 
4. FOCUS: Putting time aside for yourself, and getting focused on the things you need to do 
The session will start about 7.45pm after the Boxercise session.
