FREE Guinea Pig Trial – Tonight 8pm
If you have booked in for the Free Guinea pig trial tonight, or you are interested in attending, please get you get in touch with me this morning, just to confirm your booking .
The reason I ask, is that I have have had a fantastic response and the session is over booked, so please let me know for definite if you are attending later.
The session will take place at Proflex Gym, wood street, Garston, 8pm. We will be going through a small leg workout, using high repetitions, so seeing what difference it makes over a 4 week period.
You must also follow the diet plan the best you can, and agree to do a short video interview, at the end of the session.
