Check out this interview I did with one of my clients yesterday, Preeti, who has been attending my Women Only Boxercise program now for almost 6 months

Before Preeti joined, she had been inactive for about 9 months

“I hadn’t been doing anything”

“I’d been viewing your videos on Facebook and the women who attended looked really strong and healthy”

Preeti then booked in for a Free week trial ( something I don’t offer anymore now ) and then immediately signed up for 6 months

“The classes were really good, I loved it. I felt like I’d had a really good workout. I wanted to do more”.

“I’m a lot more stronger now and focussed. I’ve also met loads of great people. It’s great”
