Im always hungry

Every now again, a client tells me…

‘I’m always hungry’

I then ask ‘what have you been eating’

They’re response, ‘rubbish. Nothing’

Thing is, if you’re not eating ( sometimes women will stop eating to lose weight )

Or eating rubbish foods

The cycle will continue, and as a result, you’ll always be feeling hungry, eating sugary snacks and not losing weight

However

If you ate more nourishing meals and increased your protein intake

You will feel fuller for longer

As your body breaks down the food and sends it to where it needs to go

PS – if you’re happy to continue to eat sugary snacks ( and they’re expensive these days )

And not too bothered about getting diabetes or other related issues, then that’s cool….
