“I’m knocked out by boxercise”

                                                   “It has really toned me up”
Morning {!firstname_fix}
Did you come across the Daily Mail on Sunday? There was a interview with Julia Bradbury, presenter of Britain’s best walks.
After having twins, Julia decided to give Boxercise a go. Almost immediately, she could feel the benefits of the sessions, as she was feeling a lot more toned and it also helped her clear her mind.
Here is the full interview:
Watching Julia Bradbury on TV, you may be fooled into thinking she loves nothing more than a gentle ramble in the tranquillity of the English countryside.
But the mother-of-three has fallen in love with the rough and tumble of boxing – and knows how to pack a punch.
Julia, 46, says: ‘I started doing boxercise after I had my twins Zena and Xante. I go every Sunday morning and I absolutely love it. We spar and do mad exercises. It’s hardcore!’
Julia credits boxercise with getting her back into shape after the birth of the twins in 2015. ‘It’s such good cardiovascular exercise and it’s good for the mind as well. It has really toned me up.’
Julia, who also has son Zephyr, five, adds that she is making changes to her diet to eat more sustainably, but that she won’t be cutting out meat.
‘Vegetarian or veganism is just not in me. Life is too short,’ she says. ‘I do eat healthily and I do always try to have my five a day. I use a lot of turkey mince now as I try not to eat much red meat – once or twice a week is enough for me.’
