In 12 months time

Just a short message this morning.
As a NLP practitioner and Life Coach, I always like to find out, what is stopping a client achieving there goals, right now. If I can find out the root of my clients current behavior, then I can certainly help them move forward towards what they want to achieve. 
So many trainers try and sell packages and will go on about how good their exercise programs are, but 98% of them, wont deal with their clients mind set. And that’s the main thing. 
One of the questions I like to ask a client, is this:
“If we were having this discussion twelve months from today, and we were looking back over the previous twelve months, what has to have happened in your life for you to be happy with your progress”
Now, if you get some spare time today, have a think about this question, and try and answer it . 
This is a very powerful question, and I always allow my clients about 15 minutes to answer it.  
It helps the client look into the future and try and identify what they need to do, to achieve their desired outcome. 
This is in relation to health and fitness by the way.
