I have put together quite a number of home workouts you can follow, in case you cant attend any of my sessions. These workouts have also been used in some of my online programs, as well as my transformation programs

 

They’re easy to follow, will work all the major muscle groups, and will help work your heart too

There’s one kind of ‘HIIT’ workout, and then a couple of Boxing workouts you can follow, based on shadow boxing and some of the combinations we follow in class

You don’t need any equipment to be able to follow them
