Your probably aware now that Louise Redknapp has dumped her hubby Jamie ( according to some media outlets )
To be honest, I immediately guessed that Louise had probably ended it
And the reason, confidence
Not having the confidence to end it, but, certainly her performance on strictly has reboosted her confidence and given her a new lease of life
For such a long time, she’s pretty much been in a routine. In a relationship, which progressed to marriage, whuch then progressed to parenthood
Along the way, there’s probably been elements of her that have diminished
This can happen with guys too
I think it’s one of the reasons why she didn’t want to do a comeback with eternal
But when she got the chance to go on strictly, she took it
Without doubt, she’s already an attractive woman and her background would have helped her, but as the series continued, her momentum got stronger, and she got to the final
Her confidence grew, her self esteem grew and she was enjoying being in the limelight again
She made new friends, and started doing more socialising
After the series, she went on tour with it and now she’s about to go on another tour with a cabaret. It’s quite a transformation
Out of all the celebrity marriages, I thought that one was pretty solid.
I actually like Jamie Redknapp, and if the relationship was to end, then i thought Jamie would end it
Louise’s time on strictly has certainly played its part and it’s given her a power boost, and now she probably wants to investigate it
Anyway, I wish them both well, and hopefully they will work things out

Having more confidence is definitely the number one offset from attending my classes. Not that I want you to dump your hubby or partner, but the main focus is to help women regain their confidence, through boxing and weight training, while helping them become fitter and slimmer again
