‘Strictly Boxing’ classes for Men in Liverpool

Due to the amount of interest I have had from Men over the past few months, who want to do some Boxing style training,

I have decided to open up some times, so that they can get involved in my sessions.

All new members will start off by doing a ’28 Day challenge’ ( just Β£28 ) which will give them taster of what I do in the sessions, and how I work

What is the 28 Day challenge?

When are the sessions?

The sessions are held of a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7.50pm, and Saturday morning 10am, at my ‘Strictly Boxing’ Fitness studio, Mercer street, Garston L19 2NR

What do I need?

Just wear something that you are comfortable in, and bring a drink. All equipment is provided

“I’m totally unfit. but would love to join”

All sessions are catered for beginners. When you come along for the first time, I will go through all the basics with you, how to execute the punches, how to hold the pads, how to do the footwork etc. Once you are familiar with the basics, I will then start teaching you some combinations on the pads.
