Defending against a Left Jab
In last night’s Boxercise session, I went through a couple of options, defending against a left jab
There were 4 options in total, all contributing towards an explosive workout, and the benefits being:
1. Reduced Stress
2. Muscle Tone
3. Increased Fitness level
4. Reduced body fat etc
It’s taken me a number of hours, working on different pad routines recently, and yesterday it dawned on me. I can actually split some of these routines up into defences against a left jab, and defences against a right jab. So last night we worked on defence against left jab, and tonight we will work on defence against right jab
By Saturday, you should be a Boxercise Ninja, haha
