More client breakthroughs

A couple of weeks ago now, we had a residential training weekend away, at Foel Ortho, Lake Vyrnwy, Wales. 
If you’ve not been there, then you need to go. Its a gorgeous place
The weekend consisted of doing outdoor adventures as well as relaxation. On the Sunday, one of the things we did, was canoeing across Lake Vrnwy. This was quite a challenge for a few of the women, and if you’ve not done this before, then it can be truly daunting. 
Anyway, everyone passed this test with flying colours ( big thanks to our instructor Dave ). As a result of doing this, it kind of liberated everyone. It gave everyone such a buzz, in fact, if they’d have been able to do it again, they would have done. 
A Week of Achievement 

On the Tuesday, after the weekend away, I was presented with my ‘3rd tab’ in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. I was truly thrilled about this. This is a very difficult and technical martial art, and although I’ve achieved a lot in martial arts, and run my own club, a part of me doesn’t enjoy it. 100’s of times, I’ve not wanted to go to a training session, but I’ve dragged myself to it, and over time, I’ve progressed. I was really made up, and now it puts me on target to get a new belt in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu next year 
Doesn’t it feel good when you achieve something?

When you achieve something, it really does give you a huge boost. It’s great for your well being. It energises you and helps you push forward, on to the next level. Whatever you achieve, you must harness this, and use it.
1/4 of the year left. Are you where you want to be?

A couple of days ago, someone pointed out to me, that we are well into the final quarter of the year. Are you where you set out to be? I set myself big goals at the beginning of the year, and I now only have so many weeks to achieve them. I try and keep myself aware of them all the time. In fact, I have a note pinned up on my notice borad in my Kitchen  
On Saturday

On Saturday, after the Boxercise session, I will be doing a Coaching session, that will help you focus on your goals between now and the end of the year. We will go through a structured plan on how you are going to achieve them, as well as put smaller goals in place, that will help you stay on track. Everyone will be being held accountable as well, which is the key. I am only doing this for 5 people and the cost to attend will be Ā£5 ( which will go towards room hire. )
