My latest video, “I’ve lost 6lbs in 6 weeks”

 my latest video has now been uploaded to my ‘Liverpool personal Trainer’ facebook and YouTube accounts. In the video, I interview one of my clients, Jill, who is half way through the women only weight training group program. After 6 weeks, she feels, stronger and more confident with using weights and her clothes feel a lot better. The next 6 week program starts on Thursday 21 October
