My training session with Ricky Hatton


On Friday, I spent the afternoon training with Ricky Hatton and his team, while working on new choreography for my Boxercise classes. The whole session was very enjoyable, while I picked up different options and new Boxing combinations to add to the sessions. Over the years, I have always tried to attend a workshop or trained with someone famous in their field, to try and pick up new things or even different teaching points that I can add to my training sessions.
In the video, I work on hitting body shots with Ricky, which was his thing in his hey day. Before I did this, we spent some time going over different entries, or punches, before I started releasing body shots. 

Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue working on some of the moves we have been working on, while tweaking some of them and making them more challenging
My goal is to make sure that my Boxercise classes remain the best in South Liverpool while helping people get even better results. Check out the video and let me know what you think

6 WEEK WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM

In September, I will be starting a New, 6 week weight training group. The purpose of this is to help you build muscle tone while attending my classes. I can only take on 4 people for this program. If you would like further information, then please contact me.
