New weights program – Starting July 

Hope youre enjoying the sun? 

If you attend my ‘women only’ weight training program, just to let you know that this week is the last week of the current program

Next week, we will do a catch up session on the Monday evening, 8pm. Depending on who books in, we will then do catch up sessions on the Friday 30th June, Saturday 1st July and Sunday 2 July. 

More catch up sessions will then take place on Monday 3rd July and Thursday 6th July 

The new 12 week program will then start on Monday 10 July. This will take us up to the end of September. The final 12 week weight training program will then start at the beginning of October, and will take us to the end of the year 

Please note, all payments have to be made before Monday 10th July. If you are interested in joining the program, there’s possibly only 1 place available
