On Saturday, I will be continuing with my ’90 day action plan’ seminars, by talking about calories, and slowly dropping them, which will encourage fat loss
So far we have gone over the following things:
Creating you’re 90 day action plan. Then breaking it up into 60 and 30 day goals
Weighing food, measuring calories, taking you’re weight and body fat % etc
The feedback I have had so far from the people who have been attending is that they have throughly enjoyed and found them very interesting
The seminar will start at 11am, after the Boxercise session, at Liverpool cricket club, aigburth road
