Price increase 

Unfortunately, around about this time of year 
There’s always one or two of members of my program, who’ll lose their focus ( not because of me ) 
“Arrr sod it now. Its almost the end of the year. I’ll start again in January” 
The downside of this, and I have to let you know, is that people who leave the program now and then come back in January, will have to pay the new higher rates 
Sope, if this is you ( and you still want to train with me ) or you are still thinking about joining my program 
Then you need to let me know where you are, asap 
Cos if you come back in January or you start with me in January
The fees will be more expensive
