Protein: How much should you have

Do you have any protein in your diet?

Its a common thing with Women, they don’t have enough Protein in their diet

Women mainly rely on carbs for their calories, and if they want to lose weigh, they’ll massively cut carbs

Which is totally the wrong thing to do

Taking in more Protein, will help you burn more calories at rest, as well as contributing towards increased muscle ( which will help you speed up your metabolism )
