Self defence training for Women

The main goal of my programs, is to help Women feel more confident again in a particular area.

Not only do I try and help them achieve this through weight loss, getting the right mindset, helping them get fitter etc

I also teach them some self defence elements, while doing the pad work, which can also contribute towards s great workout
