Stomach routine from the Boxercise class


Monday night’s Boxercise class, was another packed night. We ended the session doing this Stomach drill, were people had to sit up and punch the pads, toning their major stomach muscles and core muscles. It also allowed the new comers to meet other people who attend my classes.
