‘Using a Strap On in Class’
Over the past week or two, I have introduced a ‘Strap On’ in the Boxercise sessions ( that’s the name given to it by the women who attend the sessions, not me, haha), to help increase the intensity of the workout on the pads
I have had the ‘body pad’ or ‘strap
on’ for a while now and hardly been using it, but lately, and since the session I did with Ricky Hatton, I wanted to introduce it again into the sessions, and it’s fair to say, that all class participants have felt the benefits of using the ‘strap on’ ( or body pad, haha).
