Using ‘how’ rather than ‘can’t’

Using the word ‘how’

Lately, in some of my group training sessions, I’ve noticed that 1 or 2 people are going into the exercises with a lot of negative beliefs 

“I can’t do that.”
“I’ll never be able to do that”
“I’m too short” etc etc 

Sometimes when your in this position, you have to take a side step, and ask yourself ‘how’

This is not just with exercise, but with life in general. If your faced with a problem, or maybe you have a goal you want to achieve, by using the word ‘how’, it opens up new possibilities to you, that are going to help you get to your desired outcome 

“How can I do this exercise”
“How can I get the money for xyz”
“How am I going to be able to move”
“How am I going to be able to go on holiday next year”

Once you have done this, make a list or a mental note, of all the options you have that will help you
