Here’s an interview I did on Saturday morning, with one of my clients, Jude Davis
Jude has been attending my Boxercise and weight training sessions for 5 weeks now
Before Jude got in touch with me, she was playing football twice a week, but was rapidly going down hill with her diet

“Getting in touch, I was scared at first and thinking, what have I done”

After Jude completed the free week of classes, that was it, “it was actually a lot better than I thought it was going to be”

Jude has massively progressed since she started. When she faced doing squats with a barbell, every other word she was saying was “I can’t, I can’t, I can’t”, but now Judith is beginning to squat with 10kg weights each side on the barbell, which is fantastic progress

“Someone in work said that I had changed so much, physically, since I started”

Jude attends 2/3 Boxercise sessions a week and one weight training session

“Your really good to train with. It’s been a good experience and I’m glad I got in contact with you”

Big thanks also to Pam Lewis, who has also contributed massively towards Jude’s progress. Pam is one of the instructors who helps out at the weight training sessions
