This morning, I filmed this video with one of my clients
It contains the 3 major exercises you need to be doing, as well as some important teaching points
I demonstrate the Leg Press machine ( 2 variations ), squat and lunges
It goes on for a bit, but if you watch it till the end, hopefully you’ll be able to pick up some important tips from it
These exercises are currently included in my 6 Week ‘Women Only, Transformation Program’ , where I use a variety of Weight Training and Boxing sessions
