Want to tone up your thighs?


Whenever I ask a client, what area of the body do they mainly want to work on, nearly all the time, they will say their thighs and bum. 
Over the past few days in the Boxercise sessions, I have been using a variety of methods, to work these areas, from aerobics ( adding in leg and glute exercises ), circuit training, abductor work ( outer thigh – done on the floor ) and most recently, adding in ‘Bunny Hops’ while involving pad work and shuttle runs.

Lose 1-2 stone before Xmas
