Weight loss: Need help? 

Do you want to lose weight? 
Are you happy with where you are? 
Are you hiding underneath baggy clothes? 
On paper, it can be pretty easy to lose weight, just do some exercise and start eating better. However….
this will only last for so long, before you start going back to your old ways 
2 of the main things when trying to lose weight, or working towards another outcome, is mindset and accountability 
You have to have the right mindset in order to help you achieve your goal, and you have to be accountable to someone. 
You can’t be accountable to yourself, because guess whose going to let you off with things when shit happens, yep, you
So, tomorrow night is an opportunity, for all of us to sit down and start planning our goals for the summer. 
I will show you how to do this, as well as trying to achieve the right mindset. Your also going to be accountable to someone else in the group 
This coaching session will start approx 7.45pm at St Mary’s Church Hall, St Mary’s road, Garston L19 0NE
As well as being present, you just need some paper and a pen 
Its also an opportunity to go over anything else that you want to work on
