Weights before dates

Truth be known,

Years ago, before I would go on a date, I used to do a heavy weight training session

And it was always chest and biceps ??

( well, I had to try and impress didn’t I )

In fact, this habit led into other areas of my life

Especially before I went out on a Saturday night

And the tighter the top I wore, the better

( not that this approach always got me to where I wanted to be by the end of the night )

Anyway, here’s the thing……

I did it because it made me feel good, a bit more confident

And over the years ( nearly 23 ), of Training Women, they feel the same after doing a weights session

Not that any of my clients have done a weights session before a date or night out

They feel stronger, more toned, more confident etc

Which always helps, if you a desired goal in mind
