I want to ask you a question.

And I want you to reply to this email, and give me your HONEST answer

“Whats holding you back?”

What do I mean by this?

Well, you’ve been on my mailing list for quite a while now

And I know for a FACT that you read most of the stuff that I send to you

( Which shows that you’re VERY interested in what we do at my Women Only training sessions )

Which is GREAT, by the way.

But even so,

You’ve yet to reach out, and ask for my help

Which ISN’T so great

Because as useful as the information that I send you each day might be,

I know from EXPERIENCE that you probably need a little bit more than just ‘information’

In fact, if you’re anything like most of my members when they first sign up,

You need SUPPORT


You need a COMMUNITY of like minded women, all spurring each other on

In short, you need my ‘Women Only Boxercise/ Weight  Training Program’

Which brings me to the point of this email

I want you to do one of TWO things today

I want you to reply to this email, and let me know whats holding you back

Because if there’s something that I can do to help speed you along this path,

I’m all ears

Alternatively, if there’s NOTHING holding you back,

And you’re just waiting for the right moment to apply,
