On Saturday night, I had a bit of a night out with my Boxrecise and Weight Training clients
One of our favourite brethren was leaving us, to go and study in London
Anyway, after a couple of beers, I was feeling hungry. I hadn’t really eaten much on Saturday
For now, I wont admit it was me, but I was easily influenced ( seduced ) towards going to the golden arches ( mcdonalds ) on the way home
At this point, I was ravenous.
I ordered 3 cheese burgers and a regular fries. While my fellow Boxercise and Weight Training buddy ordered a chicken mcnugget meal. Fair play to her, she did swap her usual coffee drink for a fresh orange, haha
To be honest, I used to enjoy an occasional maccies. I used to go maybe 5 times in a year, and I love mcflurry’s
But lately when I’ve been to maccies, I haven’t really enjoyed it
In fact my mouth felt horrible on the Sunday morning
I don’t know what it is, but lately when I’ve had one, I can just taste the salt in my mouth, which then reminds me on why I had one in the first place
I wouldn’t even say its the fries
Anyway, Sunday was back to clean eating ( no sugars or salts ) and yesterday I started the week with a heavy duty leg workout ( which probably burns more calories than any other body part )
That’s potentially the last maccies I’ll have this year now
Do you go the golden arches? If so, how often?
Are you Taking in enough protein? ( that doesn’t include Mcdonalds burgers, haha )
