Doing barbell lunges


I have just posted my latest training video to my You Tube page, which demonstrates how to do Barbell Lunges, which is a great exercise for the Butt area. During one of my weight training programs, my clients have progressed from using a Leg Press machine, Squats, to Dumbell Lunges and Barbell Lunges. Barbell lunges can be more challenging than dumbell lunges, as the weight is above your shoulders, and can challenge your balance more. From my experience, 2/3 sets of Barbell lunges is enough. With the weight being on your shoulders for a long period, this can become uncomfortable. 
A combination of doing Squats and Lunges will certainly help develop the back of your thighs and butt area. Check out the video and let me know what you think
