If you have been attending my weight training program, or if you are interested in joining the new one, here’s a quick note on what we’re going to be upto over the next few weeks:
This Week

This week will be the last week of the current, 12 week weight training course. ( gone so fast hasn’t it )
Next Week – FREE WEEK/ Catch up week

Next week will be a catch up week, so if you have missed any sessions during the 12 week period, then next week will allow you to catch up. There might also be a session on Saturday 3rd September. This week will also be offered to anyone who is interested in joining the program, as a free week of sessions
New Program

The new, 12 week program will then start on Monday 5th September, 8pm at Proflex gym, wood street, Garston. If you are interested in joining the program, then please contact me, and try and book in for the free week of sessions ( next week )
What the course entails:

* 2 weight training programs that are easy to follow and will give you maximum benefits in 12 weeks

* ” I know how you feel approach”, because in 20 years, I have trained 100’s of people, who have got and had the same issues that you have or have had ( does that make sense? ) 

* Be part of a supportive group, that will help you achieve your goals

* Help you over come a plateau that you may have hit
