How can I help you?

Just a short message today, were I ask the question, “How can I help you”?
With the classes being so busy, its very difficult to chat to everyone who attends, and find out what they are actually doing, outside of class. This is something that I have been thinking of for a while now, as I am always thinking on how I can improve the classes. 
The clients who get the best results are the ones who stay in touch with me and let me know what they have been up to, re diet and exercise etc. 
So, how can I help you? Have you got any issues or blocks at the moment that you would like to chat about? How has your diet been? Are you drinking enough water and eating enough protein? Are you still struggling to fit into your old clothes and would like help? If you have any issues with anything, then please get in touch with me and I will be happy to help, or try and put you in a direction

Check out the video connected to this message, were I interviewed one of my clients, Joy, who was attending my Boxercise sessions. Before Joy started, she hadn’t exercised in years, but once she attended the free week of sessions, she got the bug ( which is what happens to everyone else tetracycline ) and signed up, and that was it. Got Fitter, Slimmer and was feeling More Confident, especially having dropped 2 dress sizes in less than 3 months.
